The following guide explains how to enter product sizes (i.e. Width, Height and Depth).
This feature is available in the Professional, Premium and Managed subscriptions of One Stop Order Processing.
You can enter product sizes. This can be either the actual product size or the packaging for the product.
Once the details have been entered into the product they can be used in Invoices, Packing Slips, Purchase orders and Emails by using the following macros:
[%PRODUCT_WIDTHn%]
[%PRODUCT_HEIGHTn%]
[%PRODUCT_DEPTHn%]
Where n is the order item line (e.g. 1) to use.
For more information on macros use the following link:

To include the information on the screen (in a view) you should select the Customize Current View menu option (under the View menu). You should select the Product Type and add the following fields to your view:
Product Width
Product Height
Product Depth
You can then use the values in your views. For example, to calculate volumetric weight of your items, use the following default value in a custom fixed field
[%Product Width%][*][%Product Height%][*][%Product Depth%][/]6000
This assumes your sizes in are Centimetres. The result is in Kilogrammes.
