How to backup my One Stop Order Processing settings

It is important to backup your settings on a regular basis. The backup process creates a file that you can store safely away from the PC to use to restore settings if your PC fails or if you make changes to settings that you wish to undo.

Save your settings by :

  1. Go to Housekeeping->Backup->Save Settings
  2. Enter the name of the file you want to store your settings in, you can click on the '...' button to navigate to the directory you want to store the file in
  3. Click on Export
  4. If you haven't saved the exported file directly to a safe place, copy it there now.

 

To restore settings :

  1. Go to Housekeeping->Backup->Restore Settings
  2. Enter the name and location of the file that contains your saved settings, you can use the ... button to browse to the file.
  3. Click on Import.
  4. The program will import the settings and then close.
  5. When you reopen it the new settings will be used.
