How to Send your Database to support

The following guide explains how to send your database to support.

1. Open file explorer. You can do this by holding down the windows key + E

2. Paste the following into the folder name  


            C:/OSOP/Main/Websites

3. Double click the folder that matches the site name. If you have not created a new site the default is called Website1

5. Send the file named IL_Orders.mdb to us.

Note: We would recommend using a secure service such as https://www.mailbigfile.com/ to send us your database
