Q: Why do my orders automatically show as despatched in Click and Drop?
A: This is because the auto despatch function is switched on within Click and Drop, you can turn this off by following the menu option ( within Click and Drop ) Settings -> Miscellaneous -> Untick Mark order as despatched when label is generated
