Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase you can return your paper to us.
You must return the paper within 14 days of receiving it and you must pay for the return postage.
You should contact us to get an RMA number before returning any items. We would like you to return the boxes in a resealable condition (as delivered).
Please can you return the unopened boxes still in their original shrink wrapping without any writing or stickers on. Also please send any boxes back in a waterproof bag (in addition to the shrink wrapping).
We can only accept goods with the relevant RMA. If we are happy with the condition of the goods then we will issue a full refund for the price paid minus any outgoing postage charges (if applicable).
We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
