Using One Stop Order Processing with Amazon Files

One Stop Order Processing can use files manually downloaded and uploaded with Amazon Seller Central. This includes, downloading orders, marking orders as shipped and managing stock control.

Setting up One Stop Order Processing to use Amazon Files

1 Amend any Amazon Imports (by using the File->Import and Export->Import Orders menu option and click on the Edit button), and select the Use Files option, shown below.



2 Once selected click on OK

3 Using the same selected Amazon Import Type click on the Options button. In the File locations at the bottom of the dialog note the folders to save the Amazon downloaded order files to (by default, C:\OSOP\Import) and save the Shipments and Stock files to (by default, C:\OSOP\Export).



4 To automatically open the Amazon Seller Central page when you wanted to import orders tick Open Order Download Page.



5 The default location should be setup. However, if you need to change this click on the ... button to the right of Open Order Download Page and amend the location.


6 To setup the Amazon Seller Central location to show when you need to load in your Amazon shipments tick the Open Order Ship Page. If you need to amend the default value click on the ... to the right of this.




7 If you need to update the stock levels on Amazon tick the Open Stock Update Page.



8 If you need to change this Amazon Seller Central location click on the ... button.



9 When complete click on the OK button.


Importing Orders

When you import Amazon orders the Amazon Seller Central page is displayed and One Stop Order Processing displays the Process File message. Select the orders to download, e.g. Last 6 days, then when available Click on the Amazon orders file download and save to the Import folder (by default C:\OSOP\Import).

Then click on the One Stop Order Processing Process File text. This will then process the orders.



Marking Orders as Shipped

Tick the orders to mark as shipped on Amazon and select the Ship Orders button. You will be shown the filename to select on the Amazon SellerCentral website.


Click on Close. Once the Amazon Seller Central page is shown select the shipment file and click on Upload Now.


When the file has been processed by Amazon you will be shown the results. Right click and select theSave link as and click on OK. Note the folder where the file is saved, normally in your browser download folder.




Close the Amazon Seller Central page, or switch back to One Stop Order Processing. Select the file you just saved from Amazon and click on the Process Results button



The results will be processed and your Amazon orders updated on Amazon and in One Stop Order Processing

Downloading Products from Amazon

When you import products from Amazon (using the Products->Import->From Websites menu option ) you are shown details of the product file to download from Amazon


Select the All Listings Report and click on Request Report. When the report is available click on Download.

Switch back to One Stop Order Processing and select the downloaded file, normally in your browsers downloads folder. The filename starts with All+Listings+Report (e.g. All+Listings+Report+06-14-2023.txt). Click on OK.

Updating Amazon Product Stock

When Amazon stock is updated e.g. after orders are imported or manually from a product you are shown the file to upload to Amazon




When you click on the Close button you are shown the Amazon Seller Central page to upload the file to click on Browse files and select the Stock upload file (shown from the previous dialog)



You are then shown the options for the file, select the Price & Quantity File File type and click on Upload file


When the file has been processed you can download the results. Click on the Download Processing Summary. The file should be saved into your browser download folder.



Switch back to One Stop Order Processing and select the Download Processing Summary file. Then click on the Process Results button



Amazon and One Stop Order Processing will be updated with the stock level
