My Ebay orders are not importing
There is a issue with Ebay not returning the unshipped order details to One Stop Order Processing. To get around this issue (until resolved on Ebay) is to allow all orders to be pulled in.
NOTE : This will not affect your current orders or what orders are shown and all existing import settings be work in the same way, but the import will be slightly slower.
To use the alternate import method use the following approach:
1. Go into the Import Orders dialog (File->Import and Export->Import Orders menu option).
2. Select the Ebay import type.
3. Click on Options button.
4. Select the Import all orders option, shown below:
