How to setup the automatic scheduler to pull your orders in from your selling channels ( Amazon, eBay etc )
This guide will show you how to set up One Stop Order Processing to automatically import your orders into your database ready for your to process. Once this process is setup you will not need to manually import orders and they will be pulled in at either a specific time or at chosen regular intervals.
This feature is available in the Professional, Premium and Managed subscriptions of One Strop Order Processing
Set your scheduler to run automatically when you start using the software using
this guide...
Create your automation tasks:
1 Run automation using the menu option Tools -> Automatically import and process orders
2. Click 'Options'
3. Click New
4. Name your tasks
5. Choose your import
6. Choose the folder to import the orders into.
7. Choose the tasks that you want to run
8. Choose how often you would like to import orders
Repeat these steps to add as many tasks as you require.
When you have added all the tasks you require you can start the scheduler to bring in your orders.
