How to setup One Stop Order Processing to automatically import orders from Shopify
This feature is available in Professional, Premium and Managed versions of One Stop Order Processing
One Stop Order Processing can automatically retrieve orders from Shopify (using a Custom Shopify App). You will need your Website, API Key and Password.
2 On the left hand side of your main Shopify account page click on the Apps icon, shown below.
3 Click on the Develop apps button, shown below:
4 Click on the Create an App button. Then type in a name, e.g. One Stop Order Processing, and click on Create app button.
5 Click on Configure Admin API scopes. Then tick the Orders AND Product access, shown below.
6 Scroll down and tick Inventory, Locations and Shipping and click on Save.
Then scroll to find
read_merchant_managed_fulfillment_orders
write_merchant_managed_fulfillment_orders
and also tick these options
7 Click on the API Credentials tab. Click on the Install button to generate the token. This will then create the password. Click on the Reveal button and copy this value (click on the Clipboard icon next to the token). Copy this value into the Password field in One Stop Order Processing.
8 In the API and Secret section copy the API Key text and paste this into the API key field in One Stop Order Processing.
9 In the example, the website address is shown as https://zoesoapshop.myshopify.com/admin/apps/development/6477803/api_credentials. You need to put in zoesoapshop as the website field in One Stop Order Processing.
10 Click on the OK button (on the One Stop Order Processing Shopify Order Import information dialog).
If you are using Automation for One Stop Order Processing this can automatically import the orders for you. You will be informed when new orders are available. For more information see Automation for One Stop Order Processing
