You may want to set up a new email template to send to customers or suppliers from scratch. This will let you design the content exactly from a blank canvas.
1. Go to Tools->Options and select the Email tab.
2. Select New from the Email tab. This is shown below.
3. The Email menu will open and from here you can change the name of the template, give the email a subject, decide who will receive the email, add carbon-copies, and include attachments and other features. More details can be found using the link below:

4. You can add details to the email message; this is done by clicking Change. You will need to define a file name for the message template, and a directory to store the file in before you can edit the message. This is done by using the area circled below. When clicking the Change button One Stop Order Processing asks which program you would like to open the file with (e.g. notpad).
5. Hit OK and your new email template is created. You can come back and edit it anytime.
