If you start One Stop Order Processing and your views are corrupt or the only view available is Default you can use the following procedure to restore a previous set of views.
1 Close One Stop Order Processing.
2 Open Windows Explorer (Windows Key and E).
3 Open the folder
C:\OSOP\Main
4 Find the file IL_1StopOrderUsrFields.ini. This file may not have the extension shown and may be shown as the type Configuration settings.
5 Rename this file to
IL_1StopOrderUsrFieldsOld.ini
6 There is a folder where previous view settings are saved each month or when the views change. Select the folder
C:\OSOP\Main\ViewsBackup
7 Find the last saved file, e.g. IL_1StopOrderUsrFields2022-10-3-12-27.ini
8 Copy this file into the
C:\OSOP\Main
folder
9 Rename this file to
IL_1StopOrderUsrFields.ini
10 Start One Stop Order Processing
NOTE: If the views are still not correct use a slightly older view. If you took a Settings backup you can restore this, which will also restore all your views.
