The following guide explains how to print my Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) every second (2nd) page.
This feature is available in the Lite, Professional, Premium and Managed subscriptions of One Stop Order Processing.
You can amend an invoice so that it prints a second page after the main invoice. This can be either advertising or Terms and Conditions. This means that every invoice/packing list printed will print as either 2 pages or if you are using a printer that can print on the back of pages, it will print on the back of the invoice.
To do this change any invoice (or packing list) do the following:
1 Open the current invoice in a text editor (e.g. Notepad).
2 Go to the end of the file and find the following line:
</html>
3 Just before this add the following
<html><body><div class=\"new_page\"><div> </div></div></body></html>
4 Then add in your code to display the Terms and Conditions etc.. For example,
<img src="TermsAndConditions.jpg">
The end of the file would be
<html><body><div class=\"new_page\"><div> </div></div></body></html>
<img src="TermsAndConditions.jpg">
</html>
