To make sure that you have the One Stop Order Processing software to run on start-up, you will need to make sure that the scheduler will run as normal when you turn on your computer. This will allow OSA to import your orders.
When you install the software, you will be given the option to run the software on startup of your machine.
This will make sure that the software will run upon the start-up of the computer and the scheduler will continue pulling orders for when it was set for.
You can check if this has been done by going to Start->All Programs->Startup. One-Stop Orders will appear here if you have set it correctly.
If you are unable to see whether the scheduler for OSA is running in the taskbar at the bottom, there may be a setting that needs to be changed.
The icon in the taskbar will look like either one of the following depending if there is a schedule running or not.
If you go to Tools->Automatically Import and Process Orders, select the relevant license you are using (minimum of Professional required), a dialog will pop up. There is a tick box for Hiding from the Windows taskbar.
If this is unticked, you will be able to make sure that OSA is running by checking it in the taskbar. The image below shows where this option is.
