How to export your tracking information from One Stop Order Processing
You can export all of your tracking information from One Stop Order Processing into your selling channels to help improve the order experience for your customers. Please note if you are automatically marking your orders as shipped the tracking numbers will also automatically be passed back to the selling channels.
This feature is available in the Professional, Premium and Enterprise version of One Stop Order Processing.
Create your template
The template will define the order information that is used when creating your file, this is customisable so it can be adapted for all of your selling channels. You can create as many templates as you require.
1. Click the customise current view button
2. New
3. Choose a view to copy
4. Add/remove fields to suit your needs
Generating your order file
1. Tick your orders
2. Click the Export button
3. Choose the name of your template.
