How to export your orders to UPS with One Stop Order Processing

The following article explains how to manually export orders from One Stop Order Processing to UPS.

This feature is available in Professional and�Premium versions of One Stop Order Processing

Firstly you will need to make sure that you have a a UPS account, you can create one at the following link.

Importing the view


You will need to add the UPS view you can do this by clicking the menu option View -> Add -> Couriers -> UPS.

Setting up the view 

There are certain defaults that need to be included in the UPS view, you can either input this information manually for each order, create a list in the list manager or use macros to choose the defaults for you.

These are the values you need to setup along with the valid entries for those fields

Packaging type

These codes can be used to describe your packaging type, as an example if you wanted to send your parcel as a Letter, you would enter 1 as the packaging type.

4=UPS PAK
3=UPS Tube
S=UPS Express Box (Small)
M=UPS Express Box (Medium)
L=UPS Express Box (Large)
21=UPS Box
25=UPS 10 KG Box
24=UPS 25 KG Box
2=Other Packaging
30=Pallet (valid only for PL to PL)
    Documents of No Commercial Value

    You will need to to use one of the following in this field :

    1 if the parcels contains 

    Service

    You will need to to specify a service from the list below :

    12=UPS 3 Day Select
    03=UPS Ground Service (US/PR)
    82=UPS Today Standard (PL to PL)
    83=UPS Dedicated Courier (PL to PL)
    85=UPS Today Express (PL to PL)
    86=UPS Today Express Saver (PL to PL)



    Creating your CSV file

    1. Tick the orders that you would like to export 
    2. Click the export orders button
    3. Choose UPS from the list.


    Importing your file into the UPS website

    1. Go to the UPS Batch File Shipping Page 
    2. You will then be able to log into your account and attach your file.
