How to edit an email in One Stop Order Processing

One Stop Order Processing allows you to change the content and format of the emails you send. Each email has a template file. You can edit the emails that are supplied with the system and you can add new ones.

You can choose if you want emails to be sent to customers or suppliers custom templates can be set up so that you can quickly and easily send the required information to the right people.

You can edit an existing email template to include the details you want to share.

1. To do this click Tools->Options and then go to the Email tab.

2. Select the email template you want to edit from the list of Email Templates:

3. Click the Edit button. This is shown below:


4. From here you can change the settings of the email such as the name, subject, carbon-copies, attachments and more. More information can be found using the link below.

5. To change the message sent in the email, click the Change button shown below. This will open in a text editor (e.g. notepad).


6. Confirm the changes by clicking OK.
