How do you manually enter a customer into the system

How do you manually enter a customer into the system
  1. Click the new order button

  2. Add the buyer or if its an existing customer type there in the  search box

  3. Add in the details of the products that they have purchased

  4. Add in your shipping information

You can then manually add in other things like discounts later on.
