Changing 'No Tracking available' text sent to Ebay etc. from Click and Drop

When the Royal Mail service that you use for Click and Drop does not have a tracking number One Stop Order Processing (OSOP) returns the text

No Tracking available

Ebay can see this text as a tracking number and if used more than once Ebay will return the error

Tracking number(s) already exists. One or more tracking number(s) in the request already exists either for a different buyer or for a different seller.

To use tracking details of nothing (i.e. no text), the tracking details returned by Click and Drop to OSOP yo need to amend a value in the Registry. To do this use the following approach:

1 Run Regedit.  From the Search bar in Windows type Regedit then click on the Registry Editor

2 Find the

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\1StopOrders\OSOP\CLICKANDDROP

section

3 Amend the value

ClickAndDropNoTrackingText

value

4 Open the value (double click)

5 Change the value to

{REMOVE}

This will send a blank tracking number to the Courier.

6 Close the value and close Regedit

NOTE : Once changed the new value will be used for newly created Click and Drop labels (created with OSOP)
