Cant import Ebay orders : Ebay: Can't connect to Ebay. Is the site blocked by your firewall, or anti virus software? Is TLS configured in Internet Explorer?

This error can happen if you are including Selling Manager notes when you import Ebay orders. There is an issue with Selling Manager Pro.

To resolve this if you edit the Ebay import and untick the option shown below:
